Shipping & Returns

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order is received, your order will be processed within 2-7 business days and then shipped. Orders should arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped. Select products may arrive separately. We recommend allowing 5-12 business days total for you order to be printed and shipped. 

**Please note that this is a small operation and we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible! However, we always put the quality of the art first. Thank you for your patience!**

GIFT ORDERS

If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time! 

 ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your has been shipped. Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of you order. 

 DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All items are carefully packaged or printed to order and inspected for quality before mailing. On the event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly email sydney@durrettdesigns.com for a replacement. Items are not returnable or refundable after a 72 hr time period. 

 RETURN POLICY 

Non-personalized items can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receipt. Contact sydney@durrettdesigns.com for return address and store credit will be issued upon receipt.
